At Belle Jardin, every product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. If your product arrives with an issue or stops working due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we’ll help make it right.

What Is Covered

Our 1-year warranty covers:

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Damage caused by modifications or repairs not authorized by Belle Jardin

  • Damage from incorrect voltage, wiring, or outdoor use unless the product is rated for outdoor use

Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged

This helps us review the issue quickly and arrange a replacement, repair, or other resolution.

Warranty Resolution

Warranty coverage is limited to the original product purchased and does not extend beyond the original 1-year warranty period.
